Responsibilities
- Participates in administration: manages personnel administration processes (time management, personal files, employment contracts, etc.)
- Actively contributes to compliance with compensation regulations within the organization, in collaboration with the central payroll team
- Ensures the implementation of company procedures, manages information related to HR matters, and ensures compliance with HR rules and processes within the company
- Builds the site's training plan and ensures its implementation in collaboration with the central L&D France team; also contributes to identifying funding sources for these programs with the central L&D team
- Ethical practice: maintains a high level of personal and professional integrity, acts as an ethical agent promoting the company’s core values, integrity, and accountability throughout the organization
- Proposes and implements actions aimed at strengthening the connection employees have with their work, colleagues, and the organization
- Supports site leadership teams in implementing AUTOLIV’s vision, mission, values, and all policies
- May support the HR Manager in strategic and regulatory social consultations

Education
- Master’s degree (Master 2) or equivalent level in Human Resources Management
Languages
- Fluent English, or a good professional level of written and spoken English
Professional Experience
- At least ten years of experience in personnel management, preferably in a production-oriented environment within a matrix organization
