Château de la Rozelle in France near Blois, Chambord and Cheverny invites applications for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (M/F). You will maintain the hotel facilities and guest rooms, ensure safety, and support day-to-day operations.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will diagnose faults, carry out repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and fittings, manage external partners, and contribute to health and safety inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Proactive and well-organised with safety mindset.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day hotel maintenance and facilities.
• Diagnose faults in the facilities and guest areas.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and fixtures.
• Keep locks and fittings in good working order.
• Manage external partners and monitor maintenance contracts.
• Procure equipment within budget and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist with health and safety inspections and renovations.
• Uphold the hotel image through professionalism and service.
