A premium hospitality organization based in St. Tropez is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to support hotel operations and development entities. You will lead month-end closes, deliver financial reporting, and oversee general ledger and cash management. The ideal candidate has over 6 years in finance, ideally within hospitality, with expertise in ERP systems like NetSuite and advanced Excel skills. This position offers an opportunity to manage and develop junior finance team members in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally within hospitality or real estate.
• Hands-on month-end close experience.
• Experience working with external accounting firms and statutory reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead the month-end close and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and review management accounts, including budget variances.
• Ensure strong hospitality accounting standards.
