Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience coaching or leading a team.
  • Sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in a fintech or technology-related environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales best practices.
  • Proven closing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.
  • A quantitative approach to decision-making.
  • Passion for coaching and helping team members evolve.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic environment.
  • An entrepreneurial and agile mindset.
  • Proficiency in English.

  • Supporting the Manager in mentoring and motivating the team.
  • Providing guidance, training, and coaching to team members.
  • Assisting in analyzing, reporting, and taking action on pipeline metrics.
  • Helping develop outbound initiatives to maximize team performance.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales to develop new strategies.
  • Supporting the Manager in driving performance to meet goals.
