We’re now searching for a true leader to take the reins as our next General Manager — someone ready to steer HITCH into its next chapter, inspire a high-performing team, and bring world‑class service to life every single day.
Your mission
- You’re not just running a venue — you’re leading a brand with real cultural impact.
- Oversee all daily operations: purchasing, service flow, staff optimization, cost control, and supplier relations.
- Lead and elevate our social media presence (esp. Instagram) with creative, on‑brand content.
- Coordinate and host exclusive events — from high‑profile corporate evenings to unforgettable nightlife.
- Be a visionary: set new standards, drive innovation, and continuously improve the guest journey.
- Own the numbers: track KPIs, monitor GOP (Gross Operating Profit), approve invoices, and manage performance.
- Be the heartbeat of the team: manage scheduling, onboard new staff, lead with empathy and ambition.
- Guarantee excellence in service at every touchpoint — from lunch to late‑night.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health & safety regulations.
Your bring
- Minimum 4 years experience in a comparable role (ideally in a high‑volume, high‑energy venue).
- Strong understanding of both restaurant operations and the nightlife ecosystem.
- Confidence in managing a large, multicultural team.
- Fluency in English (Luxembourgish, French or German is a plus).
- Digital native mindset — social media isn’t just a bonus, it’s part of your strategy.
- Financial literacy: budgeting, cost control, data‑driven decision‑making.
- Strong presence, natural leadership, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
