An international health communications agency in Puteaux is looking for an experienced Account Manager. Your role in our Global Team

As Account Manager, you are the operational and strategic connector between client needs, creative ideas, and project delivery.

You ensure that every project runs smoothly, every brief is clear, and every relationship is nurtured with care and professionalism.

You will manage day‑to‑day client communications, oversee project workflows, and partner with internal teams across account, creative, medical, and strategy to ensure excellence from concept to completion.

This is a role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in English within a fast‑paced global environment. You will also embrace the use of AI‑powered tools to optimize efficiency, collaboration, and creativity across global workstreams.

You will report to the Account Director, collaborating closely with the Project Manager and other team members in Paris and across global markets.

  • Serve as the day‑to‑day client contact, maintaining clear communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Translate client needs and feedback into actionable briefs for internal teams.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage and track the progress of projects from concept through delivery.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend new solutions or opportunities.
  • Partner closely with creative, strategic, and medical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Coordinate review cycles, status updates, and approvals to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Support cross‑market coordination, ensuring consistency in messaging and delivery across regions.
  • Promote the use of collaborative and AI‑powered tools to enhance team efficiency and communication.
  • Support account leadership in preparing estimates, scopes of work, and budgets.
  • Monitor hours, deliverables, and spend to ensure projects remain on budget.
  • Assist with forecasting, billing, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Support pitches, proposals, and new business opportunities as needed.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to client growth discussions and planning.
  • Begin mentoring and guiding junior team members (such as Account Executives or Project Coordinators).

Skills & Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in an integrated or creative agency environment.
  • Experience managing client relationships and project delivery, ideally in the health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory); professional proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of agency workflows and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (Teamwork, Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Skilled in PowerPoint and presentation storytelling.
  • Financial awareness with the ability to manage and monitor project budgets.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong multitasking skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable exploring and applying AI‑powered tools to enhance efficiency, creativity, and delivery.
  • Confident, diplomatic, and solutions‑oriented communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Educational background
  • Bachelor’s (mandatory) or Master’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Background or interest in health, wellness, or lifestyle communications is a plus.
