Qonto is seeking a Head of Video & Storytelling to build the video engine behind the brand. You’ll lead a team of producers and copywriters, shaping video work across markets and languages with AI-enabled production workflows.

You will prioritise output against brand strategy, design clear formats like Business Finance Academy, Product Drop, and Industry Numbers, and ensure consistency with Qonto across six markets.

• Turn one shoot into many videos with editing, motion design, subtitling, and AI localization.

• Work with outside producers, studios and freelancers with clear briefs and quality checks.
