ALTEN, a global leader in Engineering and Technology Consulting, is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition in Boulogne-Billancourt, France. You will lead a team of recruiters and act as a strategic partner to drive hiring across competitive markets.

You will shape recruitment strategies, cultivate top talent, and collaborate closely with Business Managers and Directors to meet ambitious targets while strengthening ALTEN's employer brand in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Master’s level, Bac+5 or equivalent) from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.
• Several years of successful recruitment experience in a competitive environment with proactive sourcing.
• Experience within recruitment agencies is highly desirable, KPI-driven environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters (10+).
• Drive recruitment activity to meet hiring targets and monitor KPIs.
• Manage strategic and complex recruitment projects with a top candidate experience.
• Partner with Business Managers and Directors to align recruitment with business goals.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Recruitment Director, you will lead and develop a team of recruiters while driving recruitment performance across your scope. Acting as a strategic partner to the business, you will help attract and hire top talent in highly competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of at least 10+ recruiters, fostering collaboration, engagement, and high performance.
• Drive recruitment activity to successfully deliver hiring targets, while monitoring key KPIs and ensuring recruitment excellence.
• Manage strategic and complex recruitment projects, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to offer stage.
• Partner closely with Business Managers and Directors to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Contribute to talent attraction and employer branding initiatives to strengthen ALTEN's position in competitive talent markets.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree (Master’s level, Bac+5 or equivalent) from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.
• Several years of successful recruitment experience in a competitive, talent-driven environment, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing strategies.
• Previous experience within a recruitment agency is highly desirable, ideally in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
• Proven track record in recruiting either sales-oriented profiles (e.g., Business Managers, Sales Engineers) or highly qualified Engineering talent.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, attract, and engage top-tier and hard-to-reach candidates.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Professional proficiency in both French and English; German would be an asset.
