About Samaya
Based in the heart of the Alps, Samaya is a French outdoor equipment brand founded in 2018 by alpinists who believed the perfect tent had yet to be imagined. Samaya’s products are trusted by world-class athletes in some of the most extreme environments and have received multiple industry awards for pushing the boundaries on product design and technology and how people can consequently experience the mountains.
We design, test, and build our products entirely in-house — from concept to field testing — within one of the leading laboratories for outdoor innovation. Our team of engineers, designers, and marketers work shoulder to shoulder every day, bringing together performance, technology, and creativity under one roof, from first prototype to final campaign.
At our High Camp office, near Lake Annecy, you’ll find a large modern 1,000 m² space with open-plan offices, a showroom, workshops, research areas and multiple labs and test benches, where our young and dynamic team is always ready for a mountain outing or a friendly get-together. The Role
As Samaya enters its next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing to build the brand’s commercial and marketing foundation. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategy and execution — ideal for a senior manager or team lead ready to take full ownership of brand and commercial growth in a fast-scaling environment.
You’ll work closely with the founders to develop the brand’s global potential, drive the profitability of the direct-to-consumer business, and strengthen our relationships with key retail partners. You’ll build systems, shape campaigns, and work directly within the tools and platforms that power our growth, whilst mentoring a small, but growing, team.
