Our client, a leading international company specializing in advanced solutions for material flow and logistics infrastructure, is seeking to fill the position of :

Head of Sales Italy - Logistics & Loading Solutions - Italian / English (m / f / d), Italy (Partial Home Office)

You will assume business and sales responsibility for the Italian subsidiary of an internationally successful company, managing all commercial activities with a team of 10 employees. Your primary focus will be on the development of the company, leading sales operations, and strengthening its market position in Italy.

  • Leading and developing the overall business activities of the Italian subsidiary
  • Responsibility for sales, service business, business development , and commercial & administrative processes
  • Partial P&L responsibility with both strategic and operational focus
  • Implementing and managing corporate strategy, as well as optimizing business processes
  • Developing and motivating the team while identifying new talent
  • Expanding and strengthening the existing customer portfolio
  • Driving change management initiatives for continuous business improvement
  • Close collaboration with the central European functions of the parent company
Qualifications
