About the Department

The Finance department at BYD Europe is dedicated to supporting our company through a range of financial tasks including handling payables and receivables, managing reimbursements, and addressing all financial-related issues.

For BYD France, we are looking for a new colleague with enthusiasm for numbers and invoicing. You have a structured and accurate way of working. In addition, you fit in a dynamic environment and you have a solution-oriented attitude. As Finance Assistant you will work in a team with the Finance Manager and Finance Specialist. Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the overall retail strategy for BYD in France to achieve annual sales targets.
• Lead and manage the retail team, including training and developing regional managers to drive performance.
• Oversee the implementation of retail operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales and customer service processes.
• Collaborate with relevant internal teams to optimize retail-related workflows and support business growth.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies promptly to maintain competitiveness in the French automotive retail market.
• Ensure the retail team adheres to BYD's brand standards and provides high-quality customer experience.
• Drive initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market penetration in the French market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• 15+ years of retail management experience in the automotive industry (EV brand experience preferred), with work experience in France.
• Familiar with France's retail market, consumer behavior, and EV policies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Native proficiency in French and business-level proficiency in English.
