Scaleway is seeking a Head of Product AI & Agentic in Paris to define and execute the product strategy across AI products, scale the product team, and drive revenue growth. You will lead two Product Managers and collaborate with engineering squads focused on inference and AI agents.

The role requires 8+ years in B2B tech product leadership, deep AI product experience (LLMs, APIs, agentic solutions), and a strong business sense to shape partnerships and profitability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B Tech or Deeptech Product Management with leadership, team management, and hiring experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI products and technologies, especially LLMs, inference, AI APIs, and agentic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Scaleway's AI portfolio.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and coordinate with Engineering, Sales, and Finance.
• Expand the AI product ecosystem from LLM inference to AI Agents and agentic platforms.
