You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

• Have held a Head of Growth/Marketing, VP Growth/Marketing or CMO role at a B2C startup
• Are a systems thinker who naturally operates in frameworks and growth loops
• Rely on a data‑centric approach, with mastery of CAC/LTV/payback logic and experience managing million euro annual marketing budgets
• Bring broad marketing expertise across brand, performance, CRM, content, organic, and paid acquisition
• Scaled at least one acquisition channel from zero to millions of users
• Bring strong strategic thinking, but are still hands‑on and know how to get things done
• Know how to recruit and inspire top talent – and love building winning team
• Collaborate seamlessly across product, design, data, and content
• Are energized by ambiguity, failure, and scaling a business from the ground up
