Finary, a Paris-based fintech, is hiring a VP Growth to own end-to-end growth strategy, reporting to the CEO. You will build scalable growth engines and own the growth-related product roadmap across onboarding, activation, and conversion.

You will lead a cross-functional team across product and marketing, scale acquisition through product leverage, and help establish Finary as France's top premium wealth brand while coordinating international growth with Europe-friendly remote work.

Qualifications

• Head of Growth or similar leadership in a B2C startup with product ownership.
• Proven track record in product-led growth and growth loops.
• Data-driven with CAC, LTV, payback and cohort analysis experience.
• Strong leadership capable of recruiting and inspiring top talent.
• AI-first mindset for experimentation and productivity.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Ops to turn growth strategy into shipped reality. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to our CEO, Mounir.

• Have owned product-led growth, not just acquisition

• Are a systems thinker who operates naturally in growth loops and funnels

• Are data-driven, with strong mastery of CAC, LTV, payback, and cohort analysis

• Combine strategic clarity with a hands‑on execution mindset

• Know how to recruit, lead, and inspire top talent
