Betclic Group is seeking a Head of Quality Engineering Strategy to define and lead AI‑augmented testing across our Engineering organization in Bordeaux. You will translate strategy into concrete practices for developers, QA engineers and product stakeholders, ensuring automated, measurable quality is embedded in daily work.

You will manage a team of quality experts, drive agile processes, and collaborate with the Head of Developer Experience to deliver a roadmap with clear KPIs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong background in software engineering with focus on QA strategy and testing leadership.
• Experience managing a technical QA/testing team (8+ years).
• Clear vision on GenAI transforming testing practices and tech decisions.
• Experience delivering end-to-end quality testing across web, mobile, backend.
• Fluent in French and English for international collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Define and deploy Betclic’s QA / Quality Engineering strategy with measurable results.
• Establish and monitor quality indicators (DORA, regressions, release stability).
• Lead a team of quality experts and drive talent growth.
• Partner with executives and engineering to align quality with business goals.
• Promote a culture where quality is owned by engineering teams.
