Requirements:

• Master's degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in aerospace (aviation) structural engineering, with significant leadership experience.
• B2 level or above in French
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in tools like NASTRAN, PATRAN, ANSYS; strong knowledge of composites and metallic structures.
• Exceptional team-building, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Ability to present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership to the aerostructures engineering team.
• Guide the design, analysis, testing, and certification of aircraft structural components and systems.
• Oversee structural design and analysis, including FEA, fatigue, and damage tolerance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as FAA and EASA.
• Ensure seamless integration with other aircraft systems and lead structural testing programs.
• Define scopes, schedules, and budgets; manage risks and deliver milestones on time.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Implement rigorous quality assurance and safety standards.
• Act as the primary technical liaison with customers, regulators, and internal teams.
