Vector8 Group is seeking a Technical Lead who is deeply hands-on, writing code daily, building enterprise-grade data and AI solutions, and providing technical direction and mentorship. You will drive delivery, set engineering quality, and influence across teams while navigating regulated environments.

The role demands strong Python/SQL skills, multi-cloud experience, and a track record of designing scalable AI architectures with governance and security in mind.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in ML & data engineering & AI solution architectures.
• Deep expertise in designing and building complex AI solutions (MLOps, streaming, APIs, orchestration).
• Strong hands-on engineering skills in Python, SQL, or similar languages and modern data/AI toolchains.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP data/AI services; multi-cloud familiarity is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of data governance, responsible AI, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

• Contribute directly to solution development and validate technical approaches as needed.
• Support teams during complex engineering tasks, unblock challenges, ensure alignment with architecture.
• Hands-on delivery remains primary—lead from the front, writing code and solving problems with the team.
