About the Role

We are seeking a Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Manager to lead the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of product launches, commercial initiatives, and revenue enablement programs. This highly strategic, cross‑functional role bridges product, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure AI Compliance delivers the right product to the right market with maximum impact.

The GTM Manager will drive launch planning, positioning, pricing support, sales enablement, and market readiness—playing a critical role in accelerating adoption and scaling our presence in the cybersecurity and compliance sector.

What You’ll Do
GTM Strategy & Planning
  • Define and own the GTM strategy for new product features, releases, and commercial initiatives.
  • Align stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure smooth and effective launches.
  • Establish clear KPIs, success metrics, and feedback loops for every GTM initiative.
Positioning & Messaging
  • Develop strong positioning and differentiated messaging for AI Compliance within cybersecurity, AI governance, and compliance markets.
  • Work with product and marketing to craft value propositions and customer narratives tailored to target personas (e.g., CISOs, compliance leaders, IT/security managers).
Launch Execution
  • Build and manage launch plans that include timelines, deliverables, channel strategy, and resource coordination.
  • Ensure all teams—especially sales and customer success—are fully prepared for each launch.
  • Coordinate release notes, training sessions, internal briefings, and documentation.
Sales Enablement
  • Partner with sales to build enablement materials such as playbooks, decks, battlecards, ROI calculators, and objection handling guides.
  • Train the sales team on new features, messaging, pricing, and competitive differentiation.
  • Gather feedback from sales to refine GTM strategies and product‑market fit.
Market Research & Intelligence
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry dynamics to inform GTM approaches.
  • Support pricing and packaging decisions with insights from market research and customer data.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in new verticals or customer segments.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns, content, and demand‑generation programs with GTM priorities.
  • Collaborate with product managers to ensure alignment between roadmap, customer needs, and launch readiness.
  • Partner with customer success to support adoption, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
You Might Be a Fit If You Have:
Experience
  • 3+ years in GTM, product marketing, growth, or strategy roles.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS; cybersecurity, compliance, or AI‑related industry experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record managing end‑to‑product launches or commercial initiatives.
