Job summary

Voodoo, a Paris-based mobile games and apps company, is seeking a Growth Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Central Growth Office. You will lead transversal initiatives, venture projects and help build a growth platform capable of scaling any mobile product globally.

You should have 4–6 years in a fast-paced environment, hold a top-tier degree, be fluent in French and English, and be highly analytical to identify opportunities and own impactful processes.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a top engineering or business school (Grande Ecole).
• 4-6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking).
• You are curious, highly analytical, and want to have an impact in a dynamic setting.
• You value candor, freedom and responsibility in the workplace.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Become a growth expert: understand growth value chain, user acquisition, creative and monetization needs.
• Lead high priority Growth projects collaborating with teams across Voodoo.
• Identify critical problems, analyze root causes, design solutions and implement them.
• Design and build leading processes and products for scalable growth.
• Work on multiple projects in parallel, maintaining adaptability.
• Explore new business opportunities (incl. M&A) and lead operational teams.

Role

Voodoo is looking for a Growth Strategy & Operations Manager to sit in the Central Growth Office. You will lead key transversal initiatives, venture projects, and play a central role in achieving our vision to build a growth platform that can successfully scale any mobile product globally.

• Become a growth expert: understand growth value chain, user acquisition, creative and monetization needs within a constantly evolving ad-tech ecosystem

• Lead high priority projects within Growth, collaborating with teams across Voodoo

• Enjoy great autonomy to identify critical problems, analyze root causes, design solutions, and implement them

• Design and build leading processes and products

• Work on multiple projects in parallel, requiring you to be highly adaptable

• Projects you might work on include identifying new business opportunities (incl. M&A), leading operational teams, hiring talented people, launching new ventures, etc.

Profile

• You graduated from a top school in engineering or business (Grande Ecole Program)

• You have 4-6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.)

• You are curious, highly analytical, and passionate about having an impact, whatever’s thrown your way

• You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility

• You are both fluent in French and English
