Homa in Paris is seeking a Growth Specialist to drive the performance of our live mobile game portfolio through social trend insight, creative strategy, and AI-powered execution. You will translate trends from TikTok and other platforms into growth momentum for our games tomorrow.

You will own growth for assigned live titles, measure performance, test campaigns, and collaborate with UA and Product teams to move quickly and efficiently with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a track record in growth, creative content, or social media.
• Ability to use AI tools to speed up tasks and experiments.
• Strong communication across teams and clear thinking.

Responsabilités

• Hunt and translate trends — monitor TikTok, ad libraries, and social platforms daily to surface high-potential hooks and turn them into actionable creative strategies for assigned games
• Own your games — manage growth execution on your assigned live titles, track performance, identify opportunities, and iterate fast based on results
• Build smarter with AI — use AI tools every day to analyze data, automate workflows, and find new ways to move faster and think bigger
• Execute with precision — collaborate with the UA and Product teams to launch and optimize test campaigns that drive measurable uplift
• Push the bar — bring fresh energy, creative thinking, and a relentless desire to find what works — then do more of it
