Job summary

noa seeks a Growth & Social Intern to help our coaches grow audiences, improve content, and streamline operations that keep our coach ecosystem running smoothly.

You will work with the Head of Talent & Partnerships and the founding team to manage production calendars, coordinate deliverables, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks while gaining exposure to creator partnerships and startup execution.

Qualifications

• Organized, analytical mindset and strong content sense.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube growth.
• Video editing skills with CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut or similar.

• Audit coach social channels and identify growth opportunities and content improvements.
• Generate actionable content ideas, trends, formats, and growth opportunities for coaches.

We’re looking for a highly organized and ambitious Growth & Social Intern to join noa and help our coaches grow their audiences, improve their content, and support the systems and operations that keep our coach ecosystem running smoothly.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Head of Coach Partnerships and gain exposure to creator partnerships, operations, content production, and startup execution.

Your Role

You will work directly with noa’s coaches to help them become better creators, grow their audiences, produce more content, and generate more paying subscribers. You’ll also keep the operational machine running behind them: managing production calendars, coordinating deliverables, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll report to the Head of Talent & Partnerships and work closely with the founding team.

Your Responsibilities

• Audit coach social channels and identify opportunities for audience growth, stronger positioning, and improved content performance
• Bring coaches actionable content ideas, trends, formats, and growth opportunities
• Help coaches create content that drives app awareness, installs, trial starts, and subscriptions
• Track content performance and turn insights into recommendations

Your Profile

You understand creators, content, and growth. You can quickly identify why content works, spot opportunities to improve a coach’s positioning and social presence, and turn observations into actionable recommendations.

You’re also highly organized and proactive. When managing multiple coaches, projects, and deadlines, you stay on top of the details and keep things moving forward.

What We’re Looking For

• Organized and analytical mindset
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Comfortable working directly with partners & creators, giving constructive feedback
• Strong interest in social media, creators, content, fitness, or wellness

Bonus:

• Experience creating content or managing a creator’s social accounts
• Background in fitness, wellness, or sports
• Familiarity with Notion, Claude, Canva, or other AI-powered tools
• Experience working with creators, influencers, athletes, or talent

Practical Information

• Location:Paris office, 1 day remote per week
• Duration:6-month internship
• Start date:September 2026
• Compensation:Competitive, based on profile
