Our software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale, as well as manage and analyze their influencer marketing campaigns. What we expect from you

As a Growth Operations Manager, you will be at the center of our acquisition engine. You will keep our paid, inbound, and organic channels performing at full speed while expanding into new channels, improving funnel performance, and building the systems that support long‑term scale. This is a high‑impact, high‑ownership role for someone analytical, technical, and fully focused on output and results. We are looking for a self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments, builds quickly with AI, and is motivated by the opportunity to shape how we scale with strong potential to grow into a key leader over time.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Acquisition and Channel Operations: Maintain and optimize existing campaigns while scaling growth through new channels, audiences, and markets. This includes advertising, email marketing, events, affiliation, partnerships, social media strategies, and more. Be a proactive driver of inbound growth, not just an executor.
  • Strategy and Channel Expansion: Identify and evaluate new channels, audiences, and markets while contributing to system building that supports long‑term scale and cross‑channel growth.
  • Experimentation and Optimization: Design and run structured experiments across ads, landing pages, and inbound flows to increase conversion rates, unlock new growth levers, and support scalable acquisition.
  • Data Analysis and Technical Insight: Use analytics, attribution models, and AI‑driven insights to identify opportunities, diagnose funnel inefficiencies, uncover performance gaps, and measure the impact of growth initiatives.
  • System Building and Marketing Operations: Own and enhance the technical infrastructure of the inbound funnel through system design and AI‑enabled automation. This includes routing, scoring, forms, UTMs, CRO, automations, and integrations to ensure a seamless acquisition pipeline.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, CS, RevOps, and Marketing to align on funnel performance, streamline operations, and ensure initiatives run on consistent, reliable data and systems.
This job is for you if:
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in growth, marketing operations, or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You are experienced with paid channels such as SEA, LinkedIn, Meta, affiliation, events, or similar, and you are eager to scale acquisition beyond current channels.
  • You have strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Salesforce, GA4 and Google Tag Manager, UTMs tracking, and more.
  • You are AI‑savvy and comfortable using AI tools to automate workflows, analyze data, build systems, and improve operational efficiency.
  • You are structured, curious, resourceful, and motivated by solving complex problems with a focus on output and ROI.
  • You thrive in fast‑paced environments and take initiative. You are excited by ownership and the opportunity to grow into a key role within the company.
  • You are fluent in English, as we primarily operate in the US market.
