Job summary

Pennylane, a leading fintech, seeks a Growth Operations & Automation Specialist in Paris on a hybrid basis. You will design scalable automation workflows, automate prospect enrichment and scoring, and connect our data stack with Salesforce to empower Sales.

You will drive AI adoption, build tools for Marketing and Sales, and optimize the acquisition funnel while collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Growth Ops, Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or automation, ideally in B2B SaaS or a scale-up.
• Strong proficiency with n8n and multi-tool workflows.
• Ability to translate business challenges into tech solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, prospect data, scraping, enrichment, and scoring.

We are hiring a Growth Operations & Automation Specialist to join our Growth team and work at the intersection of business, data, automation, and AI. Your mission: enhance how we identify, enrich, and activate prospects while building tools that boost Marketing and Sales efficiency.

You will also contribute to AI adoption by identifying use cases, creating agents and workflows, testing new tools, and empowering teams to use them effectively.

What you’ll do

As part of our Growth team, you'll closely collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Operations, and Product.

Build scalable automation workflows

• Design and maintain complex workflows using n8n

• Automate prospect scraping, enrichment, scoring, and activation

• Identify CRM bottlenecks and replace manual processes with scalable solutions

• Connect our data warehouse with Salesforce to generate opportunities and provide actionable insights to Sales

Turn data into growth

• Improve prospect database quality and usability

• Build tools to help Marketing and Sales generate and activate qualified leads

• Support acquisition initiatives: outbound, events, partnerships

• Monitor project impact on lead generation, conversion, and efficiency

Drive AI adoption

• Identify valuable AI use cases for Growth, Marketing, and Sales

• Create agents, skills, and reusable workflows

• Experiment with tools like Dust, Cursor, and Claude Code

• Support adoption via training, documentation, and pilot programs

Connect and optimise our stack

• Integrate tools such as Salesforce, Modjo, Dust, and Livestorm

• Translate business needs into technical solutions

• Own projects from scoping to deployment and iteration

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CNIL, security, and data governance

What you bring

• Hands-on experience in Growth Ops, Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or automation, ideally in B2B SaaS or a scale-up

• Strong proficiency with n8n and complex, multi-tool workflows

• Ability to translate business challenges into tech solutions

• Familiarity with CRM systems, prospect data, scraping, enrichment, and scoring

• Proven record of impactful automation projects

• Practical experience using AI tools and supporting adoption

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Autonomy, curiosity, and an ownership mindset

• Professional working proficiency in English

• Bonus: Experience with SEO, SEA, or the broader acquisition funnel

Tools and environment

You’ll use tools like n8n, Salesforce, Modjo, Dust, and Livestorm and experiment with solutions such as Cursor, Claude Code, and MCPs.
