As part of the GTM & Growth Marketing team, the Marketing Program Manager is a key contributor designing and executing targeted multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue while aligning Marketing and Sales. You’ll work hand in hand with Marketing, Sales, and broader RevOps to build end-to-end Marketing campaigns to unlock growth.

Your Impact at Brevo:
  • Support the definition of our Marketing strategy: Identify target accounts and segments, set campaign objectives aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Plan & Execute Campaigns: Launch multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, LinkedIn, web, events, etc.) with tailored messaging and content for key accounts.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Align with Sales, Central & local Marketing on target accounts, value propositions, and campaign timing.
  • Content & Personalization: Work with our content factory team to produce campaign-specific assets that engage decision-makers.
  • Measure & Optimize: Track campaign performance, analyze engagement and pipeline impact, and adjust campaigns based on insights.
  • Reporting: Share clear dashboards and readouts with leadership to highlight pipeline contribution and campaign ROI.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with ABM best practices, experiment with new tactics, and improve Brevo’s ABM playbook.

  • Program management skills: Experience designing, executing, and measuring marketing programs or campaigns with clear objectives and results.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to align on priorities, campaign planning and messaging.
  • Data-driven mindset: Track performance, analyze results, and make insights-based decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Strategic and tactical balance: Ability to combine long-term planning with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment.
