Bel is seeking a Product Lead Growth to manage a portfolio of data products that drive Growth in Marketing, Sales, and RID. This role bridges business needs with technical teams to maximize the value of data products.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Product Management, preferably in FMCG, and expertise in Growth domains. This position involves team leadership and collaboration with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Management / Data / Analytics.
• Strong experience in the FMCG / food industry preferred.
• Expertise in at least one Growth domain: RID, Marketing or Sales.

• Manage a portfolio of data products from vision to delivery.
• Develop a prioritized, value-driven roadmap with Growth teams.
• Oversee product performance and manage associated budgets.
• Lead and manage a team of Product Owners.
