What you will do

As our Growth Intern, you will be part of Skello’s Go-to-Market and Strategy team. From day 1, your role will be to drive lead generation across multiple channels and increase Skello’s revenue. Your missions will include:

• Paid ads: Assist our Growth Inbound Manager on paid campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc) for our European markets (France, Spain & Italy)

• Data-driven optimization: Deep dive into Looker and Hubspot to provide recommendations on campaign optimization

• Creative strategy: Define and test creative concepts, working closely with our Content creator and Design team

• Outbound support: Help our Growth Outbound Manager on leveraging AI and automation tools (Claude, Zapier, n8n, etc.) to build fast and robust workflows and feed our CRM

• New initiatives: Launch new levers to drive Skello’s revenues (emailing campaigns, sponsorship, etc)

• International and cross-functional collaboration: Adapt and scale best practices for Spanish and Italian markets, collaborating with local teams. Work with Marketing, Ops, Data, and Sales teams around shared revenue goals

What we are looking for

• Background: You are a student in an Engineering School, University, or Business School, looking for a gap-year or end-of-studies internship.

• AI & Tech Savvy: You don’t just use AI; you leverage it as a primary productivity multiplier to solve complex problems faster.

• Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments where ownership and initiative are key

• Languages: You are fluent in both French and English; mastering Spanish or Italian is a plus.

• Hungry to Learn: You have a "growth mindset." You are proactive, curious, and you don’t wait for instructions to solve a problem.

Recruitment process

1. Manager interview (45 min - In-person): Discussion with the GTM Growth Lead and VP Marketing

2. Case study and restitution: Final discussion with our VP Strategy or Chief of Staff to delve deeper into the challenges related to international deployment and Skello's vision.
