Egis is a leading international engineering, consulting, and operations firm seeking a Group Security Analyst in Paris. You will support the execution of the global Security Strategy through security intelligence, risk analysis, and incident response to protect employees, assets, and reputation.

Working within the Group Security team, you will engage with regional stakeholders to strengthen governance, resilience, and continuous improvement across the function.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Risk Management, Political Science, Crisis Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate security, risk management, security intelligence, geopolitical analysis, or crisis management.
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment; international field experience is a plus.

Job Description

The Group Security Analyst supports the implementation of Egis' global Security Strategy by providing security intelligence, risk analysis, operational security support, and reporting. The role contributes to protecting Egis employees, operations, assets, and reputation worldwide through proactive monitoring of the security environment, security risk assessments, travel security support, and participation in incident and crisis management activities.

Working within the Group Security team, the Analyst collaborates with regional and country stakeholders to strengthen security governance, enhance organizational resilience, and support the continuous improvement of the Group Security function.

Qualifications

Education

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in International Relations, Security Studies, Risk Management, Political Science, Crisis Management, or a related field.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate security, risk management, security intelligence, geopolitical analysis, or crisis management.
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
• International field experience would be an asset.

Technical Competencies

• Strong understanding of geopolitical, security, and operational risk issues.
• Experience conducting security risk assessments and developing mitigation measures.
• Ability to analyse complex information and produce clear, actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaborative digital tools.
• Familiarity with security monitoring, risk management, and travel security platforms is advantageous.
• Knowledge and use of AI-enabled productivity tools is desirable.
