A global logistics company in Marseille seeks a Group Project Management Office Specialist to prepare briefing notes and coordinate with local entities. MISSION
Under the supervision of the Chief of Staff, prepare the Chairman’s meetings with economic stakeholders and strategic partners (clients, investors, business leaders, suppliers, industrial partners, transport and logistics players, startups, financial institutions) by producing concise briefing notes, ensuring daily monitoring of economic issues, and consolidating key information derived from the Group’s activities (maritime transport, logistics & media).
The position is carried out in close coordination with the person in charge of meetings with a predominantly institutional focus, in order to ensure message consistency, alignment of positions, and a comprehensive view (economic + institutional) during strategic meetings.
WHAT WILL YOU DO ?
1. Preparation of briefing notes
Work closely with the person responsible for institutional briefing notes to integrate political and regulatory aspects related to the Group’s presence.
Identify, request, and consolidate relevant information from all Group divisions to ensure a comprehensive, consistent, and up-to-date view of the Group’s activities and footprint related to each meeting:
2. Coordination with the Group’s local entities
Identify and compile information provided by the Group’s various divisions, local representations, or subsidiaries regarding ongoing projects, key issues, or partnerships.
Cross-check and align this information with the institutional component.
3. Press monitoring and synthesis
Produce the daily press review for the Chairman (political, regulatory, economic, geopolitical, business, media).
Draft concise article summaries for the Chairman and his office.
4. Drafting of strategic notes
Occasional preparation of briefing documents, issue briefs, key messages, or briefing materials.
