BIC World in France is seeking a seasoned FP&A Director to drive financial planning and analysis across the Group. You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Country, and Treasury teams to monitor consolidated activity and challenge drivers of performance.

Under the FP&A Director, you will lead forecast, budget and Business Plan processes, consolidate data, and prepare reviews for the Group Executive Committee.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Management Control within a mass consumer environment.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities with a rigorous approach.
• Proven ability to challenge and influence decisions with solid accounting know-how.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Executive Committee and Group Finance to explain the Group's P&L and forecasts.
• Lead the forecasting, budgeting and Business Plan processes for the group.
• Coordinate data consolidation and produce reviews for the Group Executive Committee.

Under the responsibility of the FP&A Director, you will work in close collaboration with the various Finance teams (Manufacturing, Country, Treasury, etc.) in order to participate in the monitoring and analysis of the Group's consolidated activity, and to control and challenge the elements contributing to the financial performance. You will participate in the production of reports and analyses for the Executive Committee and other governance bodies of the Group with the aim of strategic arbitration.

As such, your main missions are as follows:

Be a business partner for the Executive Committee and the Group Finance team:

• You will work closely with the Finance teams to gather the necessary analysis and explanations to understand and explain the Group's global P&L.
• You will contribute to the preparation of monthly/quarterly reviews for the Group Executive Committee by highlighting insights relevant to decision-making.
• You will be responsible for modeling different short, medium and long-term scenarios.

Lead and coordinate the Forecast/Budget/Business Plan processes:

• You will be responsible for the coordination/animation of the group forecasting processes (forecast/budget/Business Plan), the consolidation of data as well as the preparation of reviews with the Group Executive Committee.
• You will contribute to the target setting exercises during the Budget by ensuring compliance with the strategic orientations.

Conduct and recommend actions for continuous improvement:

• You will participate in the development and implementation of tools to help the finance team better monitor performance
• You know how to question the processes and working methods relating to closing and monthly and budget forecasts in order to be continuously in optimization to gain efficiency, accuracy and speed.
• You will participate in ad hoc projects (tools/processes) carried out within the FP&A department

Qualifications

Minimum level of education and/or professional experience required:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Management Control, ideally in a business unit and in mass consumption.

Professional skills / technical know-how required:

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills

• Knowledge of accounting, tax and legal rules

Specific skills (foreign languages, software, etc.)

• Ideally mastered HFM & JDE
• Perfect mastery of office automation tools, especially Excel.
