Job Description

Airbus seeks a Consolidation Manager (F/M) based in Toulouse. The role focuses on consolidating financial data across entities, producing consolidated statements with a strong emphasis on quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate divisional and group financial information for monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and internal deadlines.
• Lead the monthly intercompany reconciliation process for Commercial Aircraft and Group scope; maintain and improve KPIs presented to the Intercompany Committee.
• Act as the focal point for Commercial Aircraft EBIT topics, ensuring the quality and timeliness of consolidation entries that impact EBIT.
• Manage consolidation‑level postings of Financial Results and produce analytical reviews to explain division‑level impacts for quarterly presentations to the CFO.
• Maintain high internal control standards, document key controls, successfully pass Airbus internal control yearly testing, and collaborate with external auditors on audit procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in financial consolidation or a similar role; audit experience is welcome.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and a strong appetite for technical and transversal challenges.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders and managing deliverables under tight deadlines.
• First experience in team management (lead a team of 6 people).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to constructively challenge assumptions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders and external auditors.
• Proactive, agile, and energetic, with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written). French and/or German are a plus.
