Loft Orbital is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Core team on the Ground Platform. You will build shared services, workflows, and platform infrastructure with a focus on reliability and observability.

You may participate in SatDevOps rotations, investigating anomalies and supporting real-time incident response. You will collaborate with engineers and satellite operators to deliver scalable, maintainable software across the ground stack, including observability tooling and deployment

Qualifications

• Solid backend software development experience.
• Hands-on deployment and IaC experience.
• Ability to define and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and implement new technologies across Loft's stack.
• Lead the creation and evolution of AI tooling for development and anomaly investigation.
• Develop central ground platform functionalities such as workflow automation and microservice communication.
• Ensure reliability, observability, and performance of platform infrastructure.
• Participate in SatDevOps rotations with anomaly investigation support.
