Sigma Energy is seeking a dedicated Green Space Caretaker to maintain and enhance public parks, gardens, and other green areas in Paris. You will ensure lawns and plantings are healthy, tidy, and visually appealing through regular care and responsible use of tools and machinery.

The role emphasizes outdoor work, teamwork, and adherence to environmental guidelines, with opportunities for development and a stable position within a reputable organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of plant care, soil conditions, and pest control methods.
• Ability to use and maintain landscaping tools and machinery.
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of environmental sustainability and green space conservation.

Responsabilités

• Maintain lawns, trees, flowers, and shrubs through regular watering, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and landscaping equipment.
• Monitor the health of plants and apply pest control measures when necessary.
• Collect and dispose of fallen leaves, branches, and litter to keep public spaces clean.
• Assist in planting new trees, flowers, and grass to enhance green areas.
• Repair and maintain walkways, benches, and other outdoor structures.
• Follow environmental guidelines and safety procedures for plant care and waste disposal.
