AB InBev offers a Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) program, a ten‑month entry‑level development track beginning August 2027 with three to four rotations across Sales, Commercial, Supply & Logistics. The program follows a 70-20-10 learning approach, preparing junior talent for future leadership roles, with geographic mobility within Europe.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated before Sept 2027 and within 2 years of graduation
• Fluent English and native language of country of application
• Permanent visa/work permit required
• Willingness to travel within country and across Europe

Responsabilités

• Work on real business projects in Sales, Commercial, Supply & Logistics
