Infosys is seeking a GoAnywhere MFT Platform Consultant in Paris to lead the administration and support of enterprise file transfer environments. The role emphasizes hands-on GoAnywhere development, day-to-day operations, and troubleshooting across on‑premises and cloud deployments.

The ideal candidate will have 9+ years in IT with 4+ years in GoAnywhere, plus familiarity with AWS/Azure, security, and 24x7 production support.

Qualifications

• At least 9+ years of IT experience and 6+ years in B2B and EDI tools.
• Minimum 4+ years of professional GoAnywhere experience.
• Experience administering and supporting GoAnywhere MFT environments.
• Knowledge of Projects and Workflows, SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS/AS2, User and Partner Management, Scheduler and Automation, file monitoring, and encryption (PGP).
• Certificate management, Secure Mail and Gateway concepts, and IT infrastructure & cloud familiarity.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud setups.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities; 24x7 support familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day GoAnywhere MFT platform operations and admin tasks.
• Troubleshoot complex production incidents across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Support enterprise file transfer ecosystems and ensure high availability.

Your Role
Infosys is seeking an experienced GoAnywhere MFT Platform Consultant with strong expertise in Managed File Transfer (MFT), application development, platform administration, and production support across both On-Premises and Cloud environments. The ideal candidate should possess hands‑on experience in GoAnywhere MFT development and administration, with the ability to manage day‑to‑day platform operations, troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues, and support highly available enterprise file transfer ecosystems.
Required Qualifications

• At least 9+ years of relevant Information Technology experience and 6+ years of B2B and EDI tools
• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in GoAnywhere.

GoAnywhere MFT

• Strong experience administering and supporting GoAnywhere MFT environments.
• Knowledge of:
  • Projects and Workflows
  • Secure File Transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2)
  • User and Partner Management
  • Scheduler and Automation
  • File monitoring and event‑based processing
  • Encryption and PGP
  • Certificate management
  • Secure Mail and Gateway concepts
  • Infrastructure & Cloud
• Strong understanding of both On‑Premises and Cloud infrastructure landscapes.
• Experience supporting environments hosted on:
  • AWS
  • Azure

  • Backup and recovery
  • High Availability and Disaster Recovery architectures

Networking

• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including:
  • Load Balancers
  • Firewalls
  • Reverse Proxies
  • SSL/TLS communication
• Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and file transfer issues.

Operating Systems & Scripting

• Strong hands‑on experience with:
  • Linux
  • Unix
• Proficiency in:
  • Shell scripting
  • Process monitoring
  • File system management
  • Performance troubleshooting
  • Log analysis
  • Service administration

Troubleshooting & Support Skills

• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex production incidents.
• Strong analytical skills to differentiate between:

• Experience working in 24x7 support and critical incident management environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and ticketing tools.

• Prior experience supporting enterprise MFT solutions such as:

  • Cleo
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
