A leading education organization is seeking enthusiastic Activity Leaders for their international student program in Paris. This role involves engaging and supervising students, ensuring their wellbeing and safety, and delivering diverse activities. Candidates should possess good English and French language skills and a genuine interest in youth work. Experience in education or camps is preferred. Qualifications

• English and French language ability at CEFR B2 level or above.
• Genuine interest in working with young people.
• Ability to adapt quickly and remain flexible in a busy camp environment.
• Experience leading and engaging large groups of students.

Responsabilités

• Engage, motivate, and supervise students throughout the activity programme.
• Ensure student wellbeing, safety, and enjoyment at all times.
• Plan and deliver a range of daytime and evening activities.

Connaissances

English language ability at CEFR B2 or above

French language ability at CEFR B2 or above

Genuine interest in working with young people

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to adapt quickly

Confidence leading large groups

Experience in education, sport, arts, or youth work

Formation

BAFA certification preferred
