Pierre Fabre Laboratories in Castres (Occitanie, France) offers a 6‑month internship starting January 2027 to support the global product manager in urology portfolio marketing. You will participate in shaping global strategy, preparing materials, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to drive product access and growth.

The ideal candidate is a science graduate (Pharmacist or Biology) with a marketing interest or experience, fluent in English, curious, collaborative, and eager to learn

Qualifications

• We seek a scientific profile (Pharmacist or Biologist) with bac+4/5.
• Marketing training or first marketing experience is a plus.
• English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market data and competitors to draft recommendations.
• Assist global product manager with marketing strategy and product development.
• Support creation of promotional materials with stakeholders.
• Contribute to communications and omnichannel campaigns in urology.
• Help plan launch campaigns on social media and digital channels.
