This role requires 6–8 years of clinical trial management experience, strong leadership, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will develop trial strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary. Qualifications

• 6–8 years of clinical trial management experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO.
• Proven experience managing clinical trials end to end.
• Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develop trial operational strategy and integrate functional strategies.
• Partner with Program Delivery Leader to shape trial-level strategy.
• Review and approve key study-level documents.
