We are embarking on a major global project to bring all Talent Acquisition teams into a single ATS platform, harmonise our TA processes worldwide, decommission our US legacy system, and improve the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
To support this transformation, we’re looking for a Global TA Functional Lead— a seasoned Talent Acquisition expert who can turn TA operational realities into a unified global process model, represent recruiters’ needs across regions, and help ensure consistency between our future ATS and the broader HR systems environment.

As the Global TA Functional Lead, you will be the functional backbone of our global Talent Acquisition HRIS landscape. You won’t manage the project — we have a full PM structure for that — but you will define what the ATS must enable from a Talent Acquisition perspective and ensure TA is consistently represented across all related HR systems.
You will:
Define and consolidate the future‑state end‑to‑end TA workflow (requisition → offer → pre‑boarding).
Facilitate alignment discussions with regional TA teams and integrate their feedback where appropriate.
Translate TA needs into clear functional requirements for HRIS, the Business Analyst, and the integrator.
Review proposed configurations and validate that they support operational needs and global consistency.
Work closely with TA leaders and operational teams worldwide to maintain regular communication and clarity.
Share updates, gather feedback, and help prepare teams for process and system changes.
Validate operational feasibility and user experience impacts.
Provide functional input into training materials, communications, and readiness activities.
Contribute to defining UAT scenarios and validating functional outcomes.
Review documentation, process maps, and user guidance before go‑live.
Gather structured feedback from TA teams.
Identify opportunities to refine processes as the system stabilises.
Beyond the implementation project, you will also contribute to the RUN side of our TA ecosystem
Collaborate with upstream and downstream HR process owners (e.g., pre‑boarding, onboarding, job architecture, compensation recruitment guidelines).
Help maintain coherence across interconnected HR systems as new HR projects roll out.
Partner with HRIS to analyse functional issues (workflows, interfaces, dashboards).
Assess TA‑related enhancement requests in line with global standards and the One ATS core model.
Validate functional fixes before deployment.
Oversee relationships with external agencies, platforms, and technology providers
A seasoned TA expert with a global mindset
You bring strong experience (7-10 years) in end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition and have worked across multiple regions or countries.

You have a proven track record in Talent Acquisition operations, standardisation and process design. You value clarity and consistency and enjoy making processes work smoothly for recruiters and candidates.
