Michelin Reifenwerke AG & Co. KGaA is seeking a Senior Strategic Analyst to act as an internal strategic consultant to the Group's senior leaders. You will structure high-level questions, analyze data, and deliver robust, long-term recommendations with a global perspective.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, translating insights for non-financial audiences, and guiding strategic decisions that enhance resilience and value for the organization.

Qualifications

• Higher education in strategy, finance, economics, engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in strategy, consulting, or finance roles.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize complex information.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• Fluent English (C1); additional languages are a plus.

• Act as an internal strategic consultancy to the company’s most senior leaders by structuring, analyzing, and answering high-level, long-term strategic questions.
• Structure complex problems into clear analytical frameworks.
• Organize transverse teams of experts to address strategic topics.

• Prepare high-quality materials for executive committees and senior leadership.
