Job summary

Groupe Michelin is seeking a Corporate Strategy Associate to work with the group's senior leaders on structuring and answering high‑level, long‑term strategic questions. You will mobilize transverse expertise, integrate financial and competitive insights, and deliver robust, fact‑based recommendations to shape the future of the Group.

Qualifications

• Higher education in strategy, finance, economics, engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in strategy, consulting, finance roles.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize complex information.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• Fluent English (C1); additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and clarify high-level strategic questions from senior leadership.
• Structure complex, open-ended problems into clear analytical frameworks.
• Organize and animate transverse teams of experts to address strategic topics.
