Job summary

Egis Group in Paris is seeking an experienced Global SG&A Controller to oversee all selling, general and administrative expenses across our global operations. In this strategic role, you will optimize costs and drive financial excellence while coordinating with regional teams.

You will lead financial reporting, budgeting, and cost-control initiatives, leveraging ERP systems and AI-enabled insights to improve efficiency and decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in controlling or SG&A management.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and present insights to leadership.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with cost management and budget development.
• Interest in AI to improve financial processes.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and statements related to SG&A activities for senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage and control global SG&A expenses, analyzing spending patterns and identifying cost optimization opportunities across all business units, especially with Real Estate teams.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis on actual versus budgeted SG&A expenses, investigating significant deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Analyze and implement financial systems and ERP platforms to enhance reporting capabilities and operational efficiency.

We're looking for an experienced Global SG&A Controller to join our finance team in Paris, France. In this strategic role, you will oversee all Selling, General & Administrative expenses across our global operations, driving financial excellence and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with decisive leadership, while optimizing costs and ensuring coordination between regions.

• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and statements related to SG&A activities for senior management and stakeholders
• Manage and control global SG&A expenses, analyzing spending patterns and identifying cost optimization opportunities across all business units, especially with Real Estate teams
• Conduct detailed variance analysis on actual versus budgeted SG&A expenses, investigating significant deviations and implementing corrective actions
• Analyze and implement financial systems and ERP platforms to enhance reporting capabilities and operational efficiency

• 3-5years of experience in controlling, financial accounting, audit, or SG&A management. Experience withmulti-regional environment is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights to senior leadership with Risk & Opportunities management
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proven expertise incost management, budget development, and financial analysis. Experience in real estate controlling is a plus
• Strong interest in implementing AI to improve financial processes
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems, ERP platforms (Oracleor similar)and Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English and in French
