Securitas Technology France is seeking an Embedded Program Manager for a France-based, hybrid role with international travel. You will oversee multi-country security deployments, coordinate delivery teams and maintain clear client communications throughout the project lifecycle.

In this client-facing position you’ll partner with regional teams and leadership to ensure delivery success, manage risks, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across countries.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or programme management within security, construction or technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Experience coordinating multi-site or international projects.
• Working knowledge of physical security systems such as CCTV and access control.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent or native-level French and strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Acting as the primary point of contact for the client's global security programme.
• Building trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Coordinating international security system deployments across multiple countries.
• Monitoring project progress, milestones and delivery performance.
• Identifying risks early and supporting effective issue resolution.
• Driving consistency, accountability and communication across regional delivery teams.
• Representing the programme at stakeholder meetings and client locations.
