Accor is seeking a 6-month internship starting January 2027, based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, to support School Partnerships & Young Talent Acquisition. You will help manage partnerships with seven international schools, coordinate career fairs, and contribute to employer branding efforts.

You will work on VIE program development, communications, and community management, including events and campus activations, while collaborating with a 4-person team under the Global Schools Partnerships & Young

Competenze

• Level of studies: +4 / +5.
• Fields of Studies: HR, Project Management, Events.
• Professional Experience: Previous internship(s) in HR or project management. Hospitality is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Detail oriented, organized, creative, data centric, adaptable.

Mansioni

• Coordinate partnerships with seven international schools and manage events.
• Register and organize career fairs (digital and in-person) and coordinate with hotels and recruitment teams.
• Develop and enrich alumni networks and support student projects and challenges.
• Support VIE contracts development, onboarding sessions, and rotations.
• Produce and manage online/offline communication materials and campus activation tools.
• Create processes and toolkits for each topic.
