Job summary

Air Liquide Maritime is seeking an Operation Engineer for the Moissy-Cramayel site. The role focuses on coordinating production cadence, leading lab activities, and upholding safety and quality across operations and maintenance teams.

You will perform analytical work with GC and FTIR, manage IQC/IPQC/OQC testing, and support metrology. The position requires a Master’s degree in analytical chemistry or engineering and fluent French/English for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires at least three years of professional experience within an industrial & operational environment.
• Master’s Degree or Engineering Degree in Analytical Chemistry or an equivalent advanced degree focused on chemical analysis studies.
• Analytical Expertise: deep knowledge of Gas Chromatography (GC) and FTIR.
• Core Methodologies: practical understanding of chemical engineering fundamentals and statistical software.
• Languages: fluent in French and English to manage local plant rhythm and international knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Operational Coordination & Monitoring: maintain production cadence and lab activities while ensuring safety, efficiency and quality.
• Laboratory Operations: support IQC, IPQC and OQC testing; assist metrology and tool qualification; supervise analytical work.
• Lab Strategy, Modernization & Knowledge Transfer: structure Moissy-Cramayel lab, align with Cheonan site, design future instrumentation and online analyzers.
