Elanco Animal Health Incorporated is a global leader in animal health with a focus on innovation and lifecycle excellence. The Huningue site specializes in tablet production for companion animals and collaborates with R&D and manufacturing to ensure quality and compliance.

We seek a senior expert with a life sciences or engineering degree and 10+ years in pharma/chemical production, TS/MS, or QA. Proficiency in English is mandatory; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in life sciences or engineering (pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering, veterinary medicine).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/chemical production, TS/MS, drug development, or Quality Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of applied statistics and global regulatory requirements; excellent English, French desirable.

• Établir et maintenirAssurer une stratégie de contrôle appropriée pour prévenir les dérives de processus.
• Réaliser des évaluations de produits et présenter les revues de portefeuille lors des comités de pilotage techniques.
• Diriger les équipes opérationnelles mondiales post-lancement (G-PLOTs).
• Définir les priorités des projets et la stratégie technique en lien avec le marketing et la supply chain.
• Gérer les transferts de technologie des processus existants entre les sites internes et les tiers.
• Soutenir l'installation de nouveaux produits en partenariat avec la R&D.
• Soutenir les évaluations de «DueDiligence»dans le cadre de la stratégie de croissance d'Elanco.
• Piloter les projets d'amélioration continue pour la qualité, la productivité et la réduction des coûts.
• Garantir l'alignement avec les engagements réglementaires (CMC) tout au long du cycle de vie.
• Superviser la documentation technique incluant les revues de portefeuille, les rapports annuels de qualité (PQR) et les documents de briefing pour les autorités de santé.
• Soutenir les investigations majeures liées aux déviations ou aux plaintes en collaboration avec les directeurs TS/MS du réseau.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product lifecycle-related technical aspects.
• Establish and maintain appropriate control strategies to prevent process deviations.
• Conduct product assessments and present portfolio reviews during technical steering committees.
• Lead global post-launch operational teams (G-PLOTs).
• Define project priorities and technical strategy in alignment with marketing and supply chain.
• Manage technology transfers of existing processes between internal sites and third parties.
• Support the installation of new products in partnership with R&D.
• Support Due Diligence evaluations as part of Elanco’s growth strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory commitments (CMC) throughout the product lifecycle.
• Oversee technical documentation including portfolio reviews, annual quality reports (PQR), and briefing documents for health authorities.
• Support major investigations related to deviations or complaints in collaboration with TS/MS network directors.
• Support significant investigations related to deviations or complaints.

Minimum Qualifications

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir (qualifications minimales) : Diplôme universitaire supérieur en sciences de la vie ou ingénierie (pharmacie, chimie, génie chimique, médecine vétérinaire). Un minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en production pharmaceutique/chimique, TS/MS, développement de médicaments ou Aassurance Qqualité. Expertise en rédaction de rapports techniques et gestion de projet. Solide connaissance des statistiques appliquées et des exigences réglementaires mondiales. Excellentes capacités de communication enfrançais (souhaitable) et anglais(indispensable)
