CMA CGM Group is seeking a Group Data Protection Officer to strengthen privacy and digital compliance across the Group. You will serve as DPO for CMA CGM SA and lead cross-functional privacy initiatives across the international organization.

The role requires extensive GDPR experience, ability to work in a multinational setting, and the translation of complex legal requirements into practical policies and training for employees worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data protection experience.
• Strong GDPR and international privacy expertise.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into policies.

Responsabilités

• Provide independent advice on personal data protection.
• Support DPIAs, LIAs, TIAs, and other assessments.
• Monitor compliance with data protection requirements.
• Manage data subject rights requests and breaches.
• Lead cross-functional, international privacy initiatives.
• Support external auditors and regulatory relations.
