Sol de Janeiro in Paris is offering a 12-month apprenticeship in Transportation and Supply Chain. You will cover outbound/inbound deliveries, STOs, inventory management, and SAP data updates (ETD/ETA). The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and hands-on exposure to a fast-growing global beauty brand.

The program combines 3 weeks in the company and 1 week at school, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities to grow within a diverse, inclusive culture in Paris.

Qualifications

• Master's student in Transportation or Supply Chain Business School.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong interest in AI/automation.
• MS Office proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to plan, deliver and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Create outbound deliveries and manage STOs between 3PL, CM and 3PL partners.
• Post Goods Receipts and Post Goods Issues for STOs.
• Update shipment information in SAP (ETD/ETA).
• Create inbound deliveries and manage quantities and Goods Receipts.
• Post inventory adjustments and support daily inventory activities.
• Monitor inventory KPIs and coordinate with 3PLs for improvement actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve inventory issues.
• Create tester Transfer Orders (TOs).
