Alan is hiring an Onboarding Manager in France to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our largest clients. You will train HR and Payroll admins, run onboarding workshops, and manage payroll integration and billing setup.

You will work cross-functionally with PKM, CS, Ops, Sales, Care, Pre-Sales, and Engineering to continuously improve onboarding processes. The role requires French and English proficiency, strong communication, and a proactive, customer‑facing mindset in a fast‑paced

• Coordinate payroll integration, employee affiliation, and billing setup.
• Collaborate with Key Account, Customer Success, Ops, Sales, Care, Pre-Sales and Engineering to ensure a smooth onboarding.
