Airbus is seeking an Industrial Metrology Leader & Process Owner to guide the global measurement framework and modernise tooling across international FALs and plants in Toulouse. The role requires leading large-scale transnational projects with ISO 10012/17025 and EASA standards, delivering a robust measurement strategy and governance.

You will engage with VP/SVP stakeholders and drive strategic measurement decisions, while ensuring compliance and ongoing capability development in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Quality Management or related field with strong precision metrology background.
• Proven track record in leading complex, large-scale transnational projects autonomously (10 years min).
• Deep understanding of ISO 10012, ISO/IEC 17025 standards and EASA regulatory guidelines.
• Strong executive engagement skills capable of influencing VP/SVP stakeholders.
• Negotiation level of English (proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is beneficial).

Responsabilités

• Own the global measurement framework aligning with ISO 10012, ISO 17025, and EASA regulations.
• Lead the Future Metrology project defining roadmap, budget, and deployment of modernised tooling.
• Manage the Process Management Team (PMT) across international FALs and manufacturing plants.
• Implement Measurement Decision Rules to diminish technical non-conformities and concessions.
• Act as global authority representing Airbus Metrology before aviation bodies such as EASA.
