Coty in Paris is seeking an Operational merchandising assistant to support international merchandising for Luxury Division across fragrances, skincare & makeup. The role runs 6 months from January 2027 and involves collaborating with merchandising, marketing, trade marketing and external agencies.

The candidate will participate in briefs, supplier tendering, project phases, and production follow-up, with emphasis on organization, multi-project management, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in marketing/merchandising or agency is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Support international merchandising developments for luxury brands.
• Assist in briefs, supplier tenders, price analysis and purchasing dimensions.
• Participate in all project phases from brief to delivery and production follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal and external contacts and track progress.

Your main focus:

You will participate in the development and purchase of merchandising items through various missions:

• Contribute on the brief with merchandising teams for all luxury brands.
• Involve in the tender with different suppliers and work closely with the team, analyze prices and get a purchasing dimension
• Participate in all phases of the project: from the brief to the final delivery
• Manage the planning, coordination with internal & external contacts
• Follow up the development & production, be strength of proposal
• Review & assess the physical samples, build critical analysis and develop a value driven approach
